Ohio House Republicans introduce their own proposal to rewrite state’s recreational marijuana law

I strongly oppose any effort to overturn the will of Ohio voters. When the people of Ohio vote, their decision should be respected—not rewritten by politicians who don’t like the outcome. The passage of Issue 2 was clear: Ohioans want legal, regulated recreational marijuana, and lawmakers should focus on implementing the law—not gutting it.

If elected as State Representative for Ohio’s 52nd District, I will:
✅ Fight to protect voter-approved laws from being weakened by political maneuvering.
✅ Push for accountability to ensure our legislature upholds the decisions of the people.
✅ Advocate for transparency in any legislative changes to ensure the public is fully informed.

Ohio voters deserve leaders who listen and respect their voices—not ones who work against them. I stand with the people of Ohio in defending the policies they voted for, and I will always fight to protect the integrity of our democracy.
